I have never used a travel agent before.  For over 30 years I've always handled every detail of my own trips.  Our recent trip to New Zealand was short notice and incredibly complex.  We were traveling to compete in the inaugural Ko1M & Ko2M New Zealand and with so many moving parts the stress was starting to take the fun out of the experience.  William was recommended to me by a colleague and from our very first meeting I knew I was in good hands.  He listened carefully, took detailed notes, addressed every concern I had, shook my hand and said, "I'll get on it for you".  And WOW! - did he ever.  He handled every single detail from that moment forward:  flights, rental car, hotel bookings - everything.  What truly set him apart was his communication.  Not once did I have to call or email him with a question.  Before anything could even become a concern, I'd receive an email or phone call confirming it was already handled.  He even reminded me of small but important things, like when I could log in to choose our meals on the flight.  I went from never using a travel agent in my life to saying I will never travel again without William's help.  This was truly the best trip my wife and I have ever taken and a huge part of that was the peace of mind knowing everything was taken care of.  All I had to do was print the confirmations he sent, put them in my carry-on and enjoy the journey.  5-Star Service, 5-Star Review.
